Tennessee is currently home to 53 state parks according to the official Tennessee State Parks website. These parks are spread across the state from Memphis to Bristol and are found in nearly every region in between.

There are also about a dozen National Parks and Trails located in Tennessee, the most famous being The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and of course the Appalachian Trail.

Mouse over the Tennessee Parks and Trails header on the right of this page for specific trips we've done to some of these parks.
